Our Policies

Prior to any design service rendered, our policy is that clients must sign an 'intent to hire' form detailing the project.

Prior to production, our policy is that clients must sign an 'approve to print' form thus finalizing the design. 

We, the supplier, reserve the right to reject projects for various reasons. In any case, we will try to refer you to someone more suitable.

For rush work, within 48 hours, we charge double time.
